Mr. Tschider is the Chief Executive Officer of Verisight, Inc. Originally founded in 1985 as Pension Specialists, Inc., Verisight was rebranded under Greg's leadership in 2011 following the successful integration of NextStep Defined Contribution, Inc. and the Human Capital Services division of RSM McGladrey, Inc.
Greg previously served as president of Wilmington Trust Retirement and Institutional Services Company (a member of the Wilmington Trust Company family; NYSE: WL) and its predecessor company, AST Capital Trust Company of Delaware. Under his leadership, AST grew into one of the leading independent trust companies in the country.
Prior to joining AST, Greg served as general counsel and a member of the interim management team that successfully cleared regulatory issues and sold the operating assets of Security Trust Company, N.A. As an attorney at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich, LLP (n/k/a DLA Piper Rudnick), in Seattle and at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, LLP (n/k/a Morgan Lewis), in San Francisco, Greg’s client list included financial institutions that he counseled in a wide variety of matters.
Greg holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in actuarial sciences and risk management from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Ms. Worth is the Chief Operating Officer for Verisight. Nancy has over 25 years of proven leadership experience in the Financial Services industry. She has extensive experience in leading large, diverse organizations and achieving operational excellence. Nancy is responsible for Verisight’s client services and operations teams located throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Verisight, Nancy was a Principal with Vanguard and was responsible for their Institutional Retirement Plan Services business servicing clients west of the Mississippi. Her responsibilities included oversight of the Relationship Management team, Recordkeeping Services, Operations and Implementation Services. Prior to Vanguard, Nancy was the Chief Operating Officer of AST Trust Company of Delaware and led all operational aspects of the Company. Prior to AST Trust Company, Nancy was Vice President and Business Leader of Card Operations for American Express Company. She led a number of large customer service operations for American Express including their 450 person inbound Customer Service Call center in Phoenix, AZ and their 1300 person Card Operations site in Salt Lake City, UT.
Nancy earned a BS degree in Business Management and Marketing from Utah State University and previously held Series 6, 63 and 26 Securities licenses.
Mr. Blalock is a Senior Vice President and Actuary at Verisight with over 28 years of experience as a health actuary. As the leader of the Actuarial Services practice at Verisight, Brian provides health actuarial consulting services for health insurance carriers, managed care organizations, state departments of insurance, medical groups, self-insured and fully insured plan sponsors in the private and public sectors, Taft-Hartley funds, and others. He has comprehensive experience in all aspects of health insurance, with a particular emphasis on valuation of liabilities, product development, pricing, and forecasting.
Prior to Verisight acquiring RSM McGladrey’s Human Capital Services, Brian was with McGladrey for 3 years. Before McGladrey, Brian was a consulting actuary with another major accounting firm, a national benefits consulting firm, the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, and a commercial health insurer. He has also been a consulting health actuary to the State of Illinois.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics & Computer Science from the University of Illinois and is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries.
Mr. Casey is Senior Vice President and Actuarial Leader for Verisight. Jason joined Verisight in 2012 and is responsible for overseeing the actuarial team and its future growth. Jason brings over 15 years of retirement and health & welfare consulting experience to Verisight. He brings a unique skill set which combines a broad range of benefits consulting and leadership expertise. Prior to joining Verisight, Jason has held various leadership positions at some of the largest national consulting firms. More recently, Jason spent five years at Fidelity Investments leading their benefits consulting and actuarial practicein Chicago.
Jason has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN.
Ms. Dittmer is a Senior Vice President at Verisight with over 25 years of experience in the employee benefits field. As the leader of Verisight’s national Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) administration and consulting practice, Nancy is responsible for all of the ESOP services that we offer to our clients. These include feasibility studies, repurchase obligation forecasting, annual participant accounting and reporting and consultation on issues impacting Mature ESOPs and Code Section 409(p) testing.
Nancy started her accounting career with Deloitte. She was a Managing Director at RSM McGladrey where she worked for over 17 years prior to the transition to Verisight.
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Iowa State University and is a member of The ESOP Association, National Center for Employee Ownership, Employee Owned S Corporations of America, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of CPAs. Additionally, Nancy is a frequent author and speaker at national ESOP conferences.
Ms. Driscoll is a Senior Vice President at Verisight with over 30 years of experience. As a practice leader at Verisight, she specializes in the design and implementation of a broad range of compensation and human capital management programs. She has worked with clients across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, financial institutions, service, publishing, utilities, health care and not-for-profits.
Prior to Verisight acquiring RSM McGladrey’s Human Capital Services group, Maureen had been with McGladrey for 18 years. She held a number of corporate positions over a 17 year period, including designing traditional and non-traditional total rewards programs for positions at all levels of an organization. This included base pay, short- and long-term incentives, performance management systems and recognition programs. She has also worked with organizations in developing and implementing human capital strategies and conducting organization assessment projects.
Maureen holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the College of St. Catherine and a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Business, Psychology and Communication from the University of Minnesota. Maureen is a member of World at Work and over the years has been a member of the Human Resources Professionals of Minnesota and a past board member of both the HealthFund of Minnesota and the Twin Cities Compensation Association.
Ms. Krezanoski is Vice President of Administration and Recordkeeping Services for Verisight, Inc. She has more than 15 years of experience in the retirement plan industry. Susan oversees operations, client services, compliance, plan document services, participant call center, and communication services for Verisight’s California offices. Susan’s past experience in both recordkeeping operations and account management gives her a unique perspective. She understands the complexities of plan administration, the challenges of recordkeeping systems, and the importance of the client and participant experience.
Susan serves as trust officer for Verisight Trust Company and is responsible for approving new trust accounts and ensuring that the trust company meets all of its regulatory obligations.
Prior to Verisight, Susan worked at Watson Wyatt Worldwide as a defined contribution plan administrator.
Susan holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics from Santa Clara University. She is a member of the American Society of Pension and Professional Actuaries (ASPPA) maintaining designations as a Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA). Susan is a member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) and has earned the Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) credential. She holds a FINRA series 65 license.
Ms. Sadler is an Executive Vice President at Verisight who has over 20 years of experience in advising businesses on retirement plan matters. From the New Bern, North Carolina location, she leads the Retirement Plan Consulting practice for the firm and provides services to retirement plan sponsors across the country, working with privately held, publicly owned, and governmental employers. Martha specializes in assisting clients in detecting and correcting operational and fiduciary failures. This assistance includes navigating the available self-correction programs, preparing voluntary submissions to the Internal Revenue Service or Department of Labor, and representing the client in the event of a governmental audit.
Prior to joining Verisight, Martha was a Managing Director with RSM McGladrey, Inc. where she lead the Retirement Plan Consulting group for the firm’s Human Capital Services division. In this role, she also provided ERISA and tax support to McGladrey & Pullen, LLP employee benefit plan auditors across the country, serving as Tax Specialist for the firm on qualified retirement plan matters as well as authoring and presenting annual educational webcasts and seminars on employee benefit plans.
Martha majored in Business Management at Mount Olive College. She has earned the designations of Certified Pension Consultant and Qualified Pension Administrator from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and is an active member of that organization. Martha has also been certified by the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent.
Mr. Yahoudy is an Executive Vice President for Verisight with over 32 years of experience working with employee benefit plans. Mark oversees the compliance practice of Verisight.
Prior to Verisight acquiring RSM McGladrey’s Human Capital Services, Mark was with McGladrey since 1985. Mark started his career at the IRS in the Employee Plans Division. During his tenure with the IRS, he served as an IRS Appeals Officer where his duties included negotiating settlements in un-agreed cases involving employee benefit plans. He left the IRS for public accounting in 1985 where his focus included third-party plan administration and consulting to help companies design retirement plans.
Mark has an accounting degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Masters of Taxation degree from DePaul University. He is licensed as a CPA in Illinois. Additionally, Mark is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), a founding member of the Chicago ABC where he currently serves as treasurer, the Illinois CPA Society and its Employee Benefit Plan Task Force, the American Institute of CPA’s and the National Tax-Sheltered Accounts Association (NTSAA). Mark is an editorial advisor to the Journal of Accountancy and an Adjunct instructor at the College of DuPage. Mark is a frequent speaker on retirement plans.
