2012-2013 Human Resources Roundtable


For the past 15 years, the Human Resources Roundtable has been facilitated to benefit HR professionals.  Each session, we bring HR professionals an opportunity to hear insightful speakers, discuss timely topics and learn of best practices at leading companies in the area. Each month, in addition to the speaker’s presentation, we facilitate an open discussion on current issues and provide an opportunity to network with fellow HR professionals.

Our Purpose
Our desire is to equip you with timely and practical human resources information to assist in dealing with the human resource challenges you face each day. Some of the benefits to you include:
 
        • Peer-to-peer sharing of ideas and experiences during our monthly meetings and            through our LinkedIn Group.

      • Discussions on leading-edge topics in areas such as leadership, total rewards,                insurance and wellness, compensation, employer-sponsored retirement plans and            human resources compliance.

      • Presentations from experts from all areas of human resources.

      • Opportunity to participate in our national compensation and benefits trends survey.

Who Should Participate?
The Human Resources Roundtable is typically composed of practitioners who are responsible for some or all of their company’s human resource functions. Representatives at all experience levels will benefit and are encouraged to participate. Participants in 2011-2012 averaged 15 years experience in human resources.
 
When Do We Meet and What Do We Talk About?
The Human Resources Roundtable meets once a month. Verisight coordinates the Human Resources Roundtable topics and, speakers and facilitates the discussions.
 
CE Credits
The monthly programs may also qualify for CE credit to satisfy requirements for PHR and SPHR certification.
